There are very few rules for this board, and you should read and follow them: - Be nice: Homophobic, sexist, racist, and all-over-prejudice comments/remarks/jokes are not tolerated here.
- Post Content: Please keep your posts around a PG-13 area, and use proper grammar and spelling as much as possible.
- Post Length: There is no minimum word requirement, but please try for, at the very minimum, a short paragraph (about 4 sentences).
- Please don't be a Mary-Sue.
- Your character can only be in one place at a time.
- Students may only go into the city on the weekends.

I'm looking to purchase a home and was wondering about typical HOA rules for a townhouse. I know HOAs will regulate what you can do to the exterior of your house, your lawn, etc
